Our discoveries as originally encountered -- Unlooked for "barn find" type scores, which is always how you find the best stuff. My history with them began the minute they came out of the box, have no inkling of where they may have sat for however many decades they awaited this lucky unlooked for transfer. Will take good care of them all.
Excellent.

Second part of an unboxing session which also featured a Marx Toys "Double Gun" spaceship and Gilmark's mighty "X-41" rocket car.
Still learning about what they are: Gilmark Toys X-42 rocket cars, likely on sale starting in 1952 maybe even earlier. Hard clinky breakable low density polystyrene that loves being dropped onto hard floors. Made in a variety of bright colors & varied combinations of colored parts. Only quite by luck did I manage two in the same blue/red/yellow.
One specimen minus its intake assembly but have seen them come up fairly often and usually in a broken condition from which the part could be scavenged. I promise not to get any paint on them and only utilize as photographic subjects.
You would get out of it's way, and stay clear of that intake port. Inhale you like a gnat.
Drydock refit at Ganymede Station, where something always goes wrong ...
